The terms for using TrueJust.org and the educational role of our projects.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website truejust.org, its applications, and digital services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Just Liberty Incorporated ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Non-Profit Civic Purpose

Just Liberty Incorporated is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedicated to making legal and political systems accessible to the public through educational resources, organizational tools, and civic information.

Prohibited Conduct

When accessing our Services, you agree not to commit or participate in the following:

  • Using any tools or databases for illegal activities or system exploitation.
  • Attempting to breach security credentials, overload databases, or compromise hosting infrastructure.
  • Conducting automated scraping of journalism reports or candidate archives without written authorization.
  • Impersonating another representative, client, or voter.
