INFORMATION & POLICIES

Privacy information

How information is handled on the Just Liberty organization website, and where to find the policies for individual products.

This website and our products

This page describes TrueJust.org, the organization website of Just Liberty Incorporated. Linked products can have different accounts, storage, and processing practices.

For personal case records, read JustLegal's privacy policy. Do not assume that information entered into a connected product remains only on your device.

Information you choose to send

If you email us about a question, contribution, volunteer role, or partnership, we receive the message and contact information you include. We use that information to respond and handle the inquiry. Email and hosting providers may process information as part of delivering their services.

Please do not include sensitive case documents, identification records, or financial credentials in an initial inquiry. The ordinary email links open your email application. The attorney inquiry form explains whether it prepares an email or submits an online request.

Attorney partnership inquiries

We ask for your firm name and email address, with an optional phone number. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and keep the related organizational correspondence. This does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize marketing or automated text messages.

When online submission is enabled, Google Firebase stores the inquiry and a notification is sent to our organizational inbox through Google email services. Google App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise help protect the form against abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms describe those services. While email mode is shown, the form prepares a draft in your email application and you must send it yourself.

Please send only business contact details in this initial request. Do not include sealed allegations, patient information, or confidential case documents. A request does not establish representation or a partnership. We retain inquiry records while responding and as needed for administrative or legal obligations. Contact josh@truejust.org to request correction or deletion.

Browsing, storage, and external services

Website hosting providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times for delivery, operation, and security.

Decorative birds play automatically in the page background. The site no longer stores a bird-animation preference in your browser.

This version of the organization website does not initialize Google Analytics. Fonts, animation libraries, and some embedded media may be delivered by external providers, which receive technical information when their content is requested. Videos on Liberty's page load when you choose to play them; existing article pages may contain other third-party embeds.

Use and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website and respond to you, or disclosed when required by law.

External links take you to websites with their own privacy practices. This website does not collect payment-card details; contributions are arranged by direct communication.

Questions and requests

Contact josh@truejust.org to ask about information you have shared, or to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify a request and may retain records where necessary for legal or operational obligations.

No online service can guarantee complete security. Review the relevant product's policy before uploading private material.
