Who Pooh’d the Bed?
China's brown stain | The Temu Honeypot.
by Joshua Abrams 04/28/2025
For decades, China has waged a calculated economic war against America, exploiting trade systems, manipulating markets, and using fraud to erode the nation’s strength—all in plain sight. At the heart of this assault is Temu, a Chinese e-commerce giant propped up by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), whose deceptive practices reveal a desperate strategy to undermine President Trump’s policies and destabilize America. This isn’t competition; it’s a predictable pattern of aggression designed to hollow out our economy and turn Americans against their own government.

China is weaponizing its shady Temu business model to slap fraudulent charges on consumers for individual items, brazenly exploiting President Trump’s trade policies. These upfront fees, falsely tied to import tariffs, are demanded before customs duties are even due—duties that are legally paid upon importation. Temu admits these charges don’t align with actual customs payments, exposing their scam: they’re inflating prices under the tariff excuse, pocketing the difference as profit, and committing blatant tariff and tax evasion while deceiving consumers in a shameless act of economic fraud and intentional political polarization as an attack on America.
Temu’s entire business model thrives on exploitation, previously flooding the U.S. with billions of tariff-free packages by abusing a now-closed trade loophole that allowed duty-free imports of low-value goods. This deluge of cheap products undercut American businesses, suffocating local retailers and manufacturers while forcing the U.S. Postal Service to bear the burden of delivery—essentially making American taxpayers foot the bill for China’s market invasion. The result? Billions in fraud each year as China dodged rightful duties, draining our economy and eroding jobs in a blatant act of economic sabotage.
President Trump’s aggressive tariffs—slapping steep rates on Chinese goods—alongside closing that loophole, have ripped the mask off Temu’s operations. Now, their prices are ballooning with import fees, a cynical ploy to inflame American consumers against U.S. trade policies. But the real scandal lies in their customs fraud: by undervaluing goods, Temu skirts tariffs, pocketing the difference as profit while passing inflated costs onto buyers. Add to that their use of counterfeit shipping labels—bought for pennies on Chinese platforms—and you’ve got a system that’s not just cheating the U.S. Postal Service but actively leaching off American infrastructure, costing billions annually in losses that weaken our systems and overburden our workers.

This isn’t an independent company’s scheme—Temu is a CCP puppet, run by executives tied to the regime and implicated in forced labor violations. China’s goal is clear: flood our markets with fraudulent goods, undermine our industries, and sow discord by making Americans blame their own leaders for rising costs. Their rapid pivot to using U.S. warehouses for half their sales by early 2025 only proves the scale of their earlier deception—years of tariff evasion that robbed America of billions while they built a foothold to further exploit our markets. This is economic warfare, pure and simple, designed to destroy our retail sector, destabilize our communities, and erode trust in our government. But China’s tactics are backfiring, exposing their reliance on fraud over genuine competition. Their desperation to manipulate Americans into opposing Trump’s tariffs shows a weak hand, not a strong one.
To fight back, America must strike decisively:
The U.S. must counter China’s economic warfare with decisive, legally grounded action. Through eminent domain, the government should seize Chinese-owned assets like warehouses and farmland, arguing under the Fifth Amendment that their role in billions of dollars in fraud—such as Temu’s tariff evasion—justifies a zero valuation as restitution for economic harm. Federal agencies can impose severe fines for customs fraud under 19 U.S.C. § 1592, targeting CCP-backed entities like Temu and potentially recovering hundreds of millions annually. Congress could also nullify China’s $784 billion in U.S. Treasury securities, citing the “unclean hands” doctrine due to systemic trade violations, reclaiming leverage China uses to choke our economy.
Americans and consumers must join the fight to protect our future. Citizens can report deceptive pricing on platforms like Temu to the FTC, sparking investigations, while consumers can boycott Chinese goods, choosing American-made products to cut off China’s revenue stream. Grassroots pressure on lawmakers for stricter trade laws, alongside business advocacy for fair tariffs, can amplify these efforts. China’s deceit threatens to gut our society, but their exposure unites us—through legal action and civic engagement, we can reclaim our sovereignty and win this battle for America.
Kevin O'Leary calls for 400% tariffs on China
Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary has had enough of China’s relentless assault on America, and he’s not mincing words. In a fiery CNN interview on April 9, 2025, O’Leary demanded 400% tariffs on China, exposing their decades-long campaign of intellectual property theft, rule-breaking, and shameless deceit. “I do business in China. They don’t play by the rules. They’ve been in the WTO for decades. They have never abided by any of the rules they agreed to when they came in for decades,” he raged. “They cheat, they steal, they steal IP. I can’t litigate in their courts.” O’Leary’s frustration echoes the pain of millions of American entrepreneurs whose innovations are stolen, replicated, and sold back to us by Chinese firms with zero accountability.
Xi’s Stain on Humanity: Our fight is not with the Chinese people, a beautiful and incredible culture we deeply respect, but with their tyrannical government. The Chinese people are forced into impossible choices under Xi Pingpong's iron fist, and we empathize with their struggle against his oppression. But Xi himself? He’s no ruler—he’s a monster. A shortsighted fool who’d rather destroy the planet, pollute its resources, torture his own citizens, and lay waste to humanity for his fragile ego than build anything of value. His legacy is one of theft, deceit, and cowardice—stealing intellectual property, tricking trade partners, and robbing the world with dishonesty, all to prop up his pathetic pride. When Xi dies, the world, America, and even his own people will celebrate, his memory fading like a passing fart in the wind. Yet the brown stain of his decades of death and dishonor will linger, a testament to a loser who cheated not for the greater good, but for his own hollow glory.

Fake Shipping Labels and Temu’s Exploitation of the USPS
China-backed Temu merchants are openly scamming the USPS with counterfeit labels, a brazen act of economic sabotage costing America billions. A February 2025 report exposes sellers buying fake labels for just 60 cents on Chinese platforms, compared to $8 for legitimate ones. One seller admitted to using 1,000–2,000 fake labels daily, raking in profits by defrauding the system. With over 1.3 billion de minimis packages entering the U.S. in 2024, this fraud likely siphons off billions annually, forcing taxpayers to subsidize China’s greed through USPS losses. This blatant exploitation erodes our postal infrastructure, overburdens workers, and mocks American goodwill—all while China laughs at our expense.

50% of Temu’s Sales Coming from U.S. Warehouses
Temu’s shift to sourcing 50% of U.S. sales from local warehouses by 2024 exposes China’s massive tariff evasion scheme. Before the de minimis loophole closed in May 2025, Temu shipped duty-free from China, dodging billions in tariffs. Now, using U.S. warehouses stocked via ocean freight, they’ve admitted to prior fraud on an industrial scale—likely costing the U.S. $2–3 billion yearly in uncollected duties, per trade estimates. This predatory pivot lets China flood our markets with cheap goods, undercutting American businesses and hollowing out our retail sector, all while pretending to play by the rules.

How Much America 'Owes' China
China holds $784 billion in U.S. Treasury securities as of January 2025, a measly 2.2% of our $35 trillion national debt, yet they use it as a leash to choke America. This debt fuels China’s economic warfare, funding scams like Temu’s that drain billions annually through fraud and tariff evasion. It’s a rigged game—China exploits our markets, then demands repayment for loans they’ve already weaponized against us. This parasitic relationship lets them destabilize our economy, erode trust in our financial systems, and laugh as our society crumbles under their calculated betrayal.

How Much Land China Owns in America
Chinese entities own 383,935 acres of U.S. land as of 2021—just 0.03% of our 1.2 billion agricultural acres—but it’s a foothold for their economic invasion. High-profile cases like the blocked 2022 Fufeng purchase near a U.S. Air Force base reveal their intent to infiltrate and undermine us. Valued at billions, this land grab lets China manipulate our food supply and real estate markets, pricing out Americans while their fraud schemes—like Temu’s—siphon off billions more. It’s a slow, deliberate destruction of our rural communities and national security, happening right under our noses.
